1. Scope of policy application
1.1 subject of application
1.1.1 this policy applies to FlowWeb (hereinafter referred to as"The browser" or"The software") and all its built-in components, updates and ancillary services.
1.1.2 if you use a web page or service loaded by a third party through a FlowWeb browser, you should also comply with the third party's privacy policy. We are not responsible for its data handling.
1.1.3 if you do not agree with any of the terms of this policy, please immediately stop using and uninstall the browser.
1.2 definitions
1.2.1"Personal information" means any data that identifies you, either alone or in combination with other information.
1.2.2"Browse data" means urls, IP addresses, DNS lookups, cookies, local storage, caches, downloads, etc. that you generate when you visit a web site through a browser.
1.2.3"Service data" means crash reports, performance statistics, feature usage, diagnostic logs, etc. that you turn on voluntarily.
1.2.4"Sync Data" means bookmarks, passwords, extensions, settings, history (optional) , etc. .
Types of data we collect

2.1.1 registration information: e-mail address, nickname, Avatar.

3.1.2 synchronize your bookmarks, passwords, extensions, and themes across multiple devices.
3.2 safety and compliance
3.2.1 detecting and blocking malware, phishing sites, and the spread of fraud.
3.2.2 complying with legal and regulatory requirements and responding to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
3.3 product improvement and development
3.3.1 statistical analysis: Assessment of functional utilization and performance bottlenecks without identifying individuals.
3.3.2 evaluating tests: uniform iterations after comparing effects.
Differences in data processing between different models
4.1 Standard Model
4.1.1 by default, browsing history, cookies, and caches are saved locally. You can clear them manually or set an auto-erase cycle.
4.2 traceless/privacy mode
4.1.1 browse data only in memory, auto-destroy if you close the label or exit the process; download file prompt"Keep or delete" in pop-up before exiting.
4.1.2 prohibiting third-party cookies.
4.3 privacy redirects
4.3.1. Choose from your browser's"Settings" to automatically jump to the home page and clear the screen shot to prevent others from Peeking.
Cookie and similar technologies
5.1 browsers don't write any tracking cookies themselves; only first-party cookies are stored as per site standards.
5.2 you can block/remove cookies globally or site-by-site in settings; supports one-key"Allow only necessary cookies".
6. Data Sharing, disclosure and entrusted processing
6.1 the principle of sharing
6.1.1 FlowWeb will not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information to any third party except under the circumstances set out in this policy.
6.2 mandatory disclosure by law
6.2.1 we may disclose necessary data to courts and law enforcement agencies after compliance with applicable laws and regulations and internal legality checks.
Data retention period
7.1 account data: deleted within 30 days of your logoff, unless otherwise required by law.
7.2 service data: retained in de-identified form for up to 12 months for statistical purposes and then completely deleted.
8. Your Rights
8.1 Access: access operations can be performed in settings.
8.2 right to correction: update nicknames, avatars, and email addresses at any time in the account center.
8.3 right to delete: one-click logout of account and zeroing of all synchronized data within 30 days.
9. Protection of minors
9.1 if you are under the age of 14, please read and agree to this policy with your guardian before using the browser.
9.2 we will not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of 14 and will delete any mis-collection within 7 working days.
10. Policy changes
10.1 any material changes (e.g. data type, purpose of use, object of sharing) will be updated in our privacy policy.
10.2 if you do not agree to change the content, you may cease to use and deactivate the account.
